Enquiry privacy

When you submit an enquiry, the contact details and travel preferences you provide are sent through FormSubmit to osohospitality@gmail.com so OSO can respond to your request.

The form asks for your name, email, selected destination and services, dates, and party size. Occasion, budget, preferred time, and additional preferences are optional. Your preferred contact method is also included. A phone number is required only if you choose a phone call or WhatsApp. Do not submit payment information, identity documents, or sensitive personal details.

FormSubmit processes the submission and may use a verification step to prevent spam. Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

To ask about your enquiry information or request deletion, contact osohospitality@gmail.com.

Ask OSO is a guided assistant. The destination, experiences, occasion and optional date you select are temporarily stored in this browser tab to prefill the enquiry form. Those selections are not sent to OSO until you submit the form, and the temporary draft is removed after transfer.
